Unlike most mobile services and companies that employ so-called "caregivers", we are committed to providing our clients with as much transparency as possible about who will be assisting them.
We voluntarily mandate strict background requirements that apply to our entire team - this includes extensive public records searches and a State Department of Public Safety Fingerprint Clearance.
As part of each appointment confirmation email, we take transparency to the next level by including what we call a 'Mini-Bio' because not only do our clients deserve to know who's coming to assist them, but they deserve to know background information as well.
A 'Mini-Bio' includes relevant experience, professional certifications, and the State-issued fingerprint clearance card number. Lastly, we know that simply being a "friendly" and smiling person is never enough reason to gain anyone's trust, so we put forth an effort to get to know the people we serve on a deeper level to foster and build trust - learning hobbies, interests, favorite TV shows, favorite music genre, and more.
